Baron GreenAxe was once a charlatan, peddling fake potions. He stumbled upon a magical alchemy set in a forgotten mineshaft, which changed his destiny. 

Once a bright tinkerer, an explosion in a dwarven workshop scarred Dak Clanless' face, turning his eyes an unsettling orange-red and his hair stark white. Shunned by his family, he became a rogue, using his intellect and bitterness in the shadows. 

Born by the sea, Spring was a capable sailor. Her life changed when a kraken, controlled by a mad wizard, destroyed her ship and killed her crew, instilling in her a burning hatred for the wizard. 

Ember Flare was raised in a secluded manor, not as a child but as an instrument, trained for espionage and assassination. Tutors taught her deception, persuasion, and infiltration, molding her into a silver-tongued operative capable of charming her way into secure locations.
